Check-in and Check-out Policies
Guests may check in at any time on their arrival day. Our check-out time is 2 p.m.
Canine guests leaving after 2 p.m., are charged $15 per guest for their last day. Canine guests who leave before 2 p.m., or who are groomed on their departure date, do not incur any charges for their last day.
Feline guests who leave before 2 p.m., do not incur any charges for their last day. Feline guests leaving after 2 p.m., are charged one-half of their daily rate per guest for their last day.
