Enchanted Feline Sleepover

Includes comfortable bedding, daily maid service, gourmet breakfast and dinner daily, one stretch and play session, plus bedtime turndown service with a snack. Each feline guest has his own room. Family members booked for the same reservation can receive a discount, as listed below. Guest rooms may be located adjacent to each other, or across from each other. Guests from the same family may enjoy their stretch and play session together.

Enchanted Feline Concierge Care

Includes comfortable bedding, daily maid service, two gourmet meals daily, and two stretch and exercise sessions daily, plus bedtime turndown service with a snack. Our Concierge package is designed for those guests that need extra care and attention, such as our senior guests, or guests on insulin. Package price includes the administration of medications. We have limited availability for Concierge Care. Rates listed below assume one guest is receiving Concierge Care. For each guest receiving Concierge Care, add an additional $6 per day per guest.

Check-in and Check-out Policies

Guests may check in at any time on their arrival date. Check out is 12 noon. Feline guests leaving after 12 noon, are charged half of their daily package rate per guest for their last day at the Resort.

Please note: We are unable to accept any outside bedding or bowls.

Meals and Special Diet Requests

All of our packages include a breakfast and dinner of Flint River Ranch dry cat/kitten food. Free samples of Flint River are always available for your request, when you visit the Resort.

We make every effort to accommodate special diet requests. If you are bringing dry food from home, we require it to be pre-bagged in meal-sized quantities. There is an additional $1 per meal charged for feeding an owner’s selected food.

In our food emporium, our Resort chefs also stock several super premium foods, including Wellness,    and Innova dry foods, as well as several wet foods.  You may select any of these foods for your pet’s meals, for an additional $1 per meal.

Raw diets, provided by owners, can also be fed, for an additional $1.50 per meal.

If your pet requires a special diet, be sure to submit a completed Special Diet Request Form at check-in.

Medications and Supplements

We recognize that some of our guests may require the administration of medications and/or supplements, provided by their owners.

We make every effort to accommodate these requests. There is a fee of 50 cents per medication that is administered. (Please do not include your medication with pre-bagged owner’s food.)

If your pet requires a medication or supplement, be sure to submit a completed Guest Medication Form at check-in.

Vaccination policy

Cats and Kittens

Enchantment Pet Resort is concerned about the health and safety of all our guests. All cats must be in good health in order to stay at the Resort. We must have current vaccination information from a veterinarian on all pets visiting the Resort. Our feline guests must be current on their rabies and FVRCP (Feline Rhinotracheitis-Calici-Panleukopenia-Chlamydia-Psittaci) vaccinations.

We accept titers that are within acceptable limits to show adequate vaccination protection. We are unable to accept home vaccinations.

Before visiting the Resort, kittens need to have a minimum of 2 FVRCP vaccinations.
