Enchanted Concierge Care

Our Concierge package is designed for those guests that need extra care and attention, such as seniors or guests on insulin. Package price includes the administration of medications. Get-Acquainted Package
Your best friend never been away from home? Let your dog get acquainted with the staff at Enchantment Pet Resort & Spa through our unique Get-Acquainted package. With the Get-Acquainted package, your dog can stay a Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday evening prior to an upcoming vacation stay. This lets your pet enjoy all of the Resort's amenities, and have the confidence-building experience of going home the very next day. Get-Acquainted packages are subject to availability and are priced below our standard package rates. To be eligible for this special rate, guests must have a minimum 3-night stay during the upcoming week reserved and guaranteed by credit card.

Canine Guest Requirements

Dogs over 6 Months
Enchantment Pet Resort is concerned about the health and safety of all our guests. All dogs must be in good health in order to stay at the Resort or participate in Resort activities.

We must have current vaccination information on all pets visiting the Resort. Our canine guests must be current on their rabies and distermper/parvo vaccinations.

We accept titer testing for both rabies and DHLPP. Titers must be within acceptable limits that show adequate protection.

The bordetella vaccination for canine cough is not required. It is optional. If you choose to have your dog vaccinated against Bordetella, it must be done 10 days prior to your pet’s Resort visit. Guests who have not completed the 10 day waiting period may not be accepted, or may be isolated from other guests. In such cases, and additional isolation fee may apply to their stay.

Puppies under 6 Months
Before visiting the Resort, puppies need to have a minimum of 2 distemper/parvo vaccines.
