 Enchanted Canine ExperienceIncludes comfortable bedding, daily maid service, bedtime turndown service with a cookie, gourmet breakfast and dinner, and supervised day camp with other dogs. To include swim camp on one or more days during their stay, add $3 per day per guest. Second and third dogs in the same room receive $10 per day discount.
Enchanted Canine GetawayIncludes comfortable bedding, daily maid service, bedtime turndown service with a cookie, gourmet breakfast and dinner, two 30-minute playtimes daily. To add individual swim time to your pet’s Getaway plan in addition to outdoor play, add $5 per day per guest. Second and third dogs in the same room receive $10 per day discount.
Enchanted Concierge Care UpgradeGuests who need extra care and attention, such as our senior guests with mobility issues, or guests on insulin, will be upgraded to our Concierge Care Service, in addition to the Experience or Getaway package price. Concierge Care Service is an additional $7 per day per guest receiving the care. Meals and Special Diet RequestsAll of our packages include a breakfast and dinner of Flint River Ranch chicken, lamb, or fish and chips, or senior kibbles. Free samples of Flint River are always available for your request, when you visit the Resort. We make every effort to accommodate special diet requests. If you are bringing kibble from home, we require it to be pre-bagged in meal-sized quantities. There is an additional $2 per day charged for feeding an owner’s selected food. In our food emporium, our Resort chefs also stock several super premium foods, including Wellness, Taste of the Wild, Innova, and California Natural, to name a few. You may select any of these foods for your pet’s meals, for an additional $2 per day. Raw diets, with owner provided foods, can also be given for an additional $2 per day. Any guest may be fed lunch, in addition to breakfast and dinner, for an additional $2. If your pet requires a special diet, be sure to submit a completed Special Diet Request Form at check-in. Medications and SupplementsWe recognize that some of our guests may require the administration of medications and/or supplements, provided by their owners. We make every effort to accommodate these requests. There is a fee of $1.50 per day that  medication is administered. (Please do not include your medication with pre-bagged owner’s food.) If your pet requires a medication or supplement, be sure to submit a completed Guest Medication Form at check-in. Please note: For the safety of all of our guests we are unable to accept any outside bedding or bowls. Check-in and Check-out PoliciesGuests may check in at any time on their arrival date. We recommend they arrive no later 3:30 p.m., to give them some settle-in time before dinner is fed. Check out is 12 noon. Guests leaving after 12 noon, are charged for another night"s stay. Guests who leave before 12 noon, or who are groomed during their stay, do not incur any charges for their last day. Canine Vaccination InformationEnchantment Pet Resort is concerned about the health and safety of all our guests. We require current vaccination information from a veterinarian on all pets visiting the Resort. Our canine guests must be current on their rabies and distemper/parvo vaccinations. Before visiting the Resort, puppies need to have a minimum of 2 distemper/parvo vaccines. Vaccination records must be received 2 days prior to your pet's visit. We cannot confirm reservations until your pet's current vaccination information is on file at the Resort. We accept titer testing for both rabies and DHLPP. Titers must be within acceptable limits that show adequate protection. We are unable to accept home vaccinations. The Bordetella vaccination for canine cough is not required. It is optional. If you choose to have your dog vaccinated against Bordetella, it must be done 10 days prior to your pet’s Resort visit. We are unable to accept guests who have not completed this waiting period. When to vaccinateVaccinations do not provide instant immunity. We strongly recommend that you get your pet’s vaccinations updated at least 10 days prior to your pet’s visit to the Resort. If you get the Bordetella vaccine for your dog, it must be done 10 days prior to your pet’s Resort visit. We are unable to accept guests who have not completed this waiting period.
