A 6-week course for puppies 12 weeks to 6 months of age. Classes cover basic skills, including housetraining, suggestions for crate training, coming when called, walking nicely on a leash, not jumping on people, waiting at doors or gates, and, of course, sit, down, and stay. In addition, we will discuss general health, nutrition, and grooming issues.

A 7-week class for dogs over 6 months of age. Classes cover basic obedience and good manners, including walking nicely on a loose leash, waiting at doors or gates, not jumping on people, coming when called, going to bed when asked, dropping or leaving objects when asked, waiting in place when asked, as well as sit, stay, and down.

A 7-week class for dogs who have completed a basic obedience class.  Agility I introduces your dog to all of the agility obstacles, and gets you started with foundations skills, and lots of FUN.

A 7-week class for dogs who successfully completed Agility I. In this class, you will begin sequencing obstacles, working on a full height dogwalk, A-frame, and teter. Owners will also continue to work on their handling skills. SIGN UP FOR THIS CLASS!

For training beyond Agility I & II, or for individuals who are competing, we offer Pre-novice, Novice, Advanced, and Masters classes.

For those who would like individual instruction in Agility, we offer one-on-one sessions with one of our trainers.

We welcome problem solving — whether you need help with behavior issues or just want more practice on basic obedience.  We offer one-on-one sessions with a trainer. Call 505.891.4100 for an appointment.

Come and practice what you are learning! Our drill classes are one hour sessions offered weekly for dogs and owners who have completed one of our Family dog classes. You can attend as a drop in, or purchase a punch card for 8 sessions.

A 6-week course designed to teach you and your dog the skills needed to compete on Rally courses at an AKC event.  Rally lets owners and their dogs show off their team work in a fun obedience environment.  In addition to the basics of sit, down, stay, come, walking on a loose leash, we also teach:  Left turns, left circles, finishes, drops, about turns, etc., as well as how to read and deliver what the Rally signs say.

A 7-week class for graduates of Family Dog.  This class will give you and your dog more skills at home and in the community — so you and your dog can enjoy being together in a variety of places.  Skills include learning to greet a friendly stranger, greet another dog on leash, walk through a crowd, stand for grooming or an examination, and maintaining manners even when the owner is out of sight.
